Reservation and Cancellation Policy
- Reservations: Confirmed by deposit in advance. Reserved rooms will be held 10 days pending receipt of deposit.
- Deposits: Equal to two days rental. Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Written confirmation will be mailed upon receipt of deposit.
- Refunds: No refunds on early checkouts. We do charge for the entire number of days you reserved.
- Cancellations: Made 30 days prior to arrival entitled to 75% refund (except at Christmas). After that, 75% refund if room is re-rented.
- Payment in full
upon arrival by cash, Travelers Check or Credit Card (Mastercard or
VISA). Sorry, no personal checks upon arrival.

Christmas Rate note- Three (3) night minimum. 1/2 total stay is due
when reservation is made.
No refunds during Christmas Season.
The number of persons occupying a room will be strictly enforced. Any violation will be cause for immediate termination of stay and deposit or payment will be forfeited.
